The film is primarily zombie-action spectacle centered on escaping Umbrella’s simulated environments. Its individual-versus-evil-corporation premise provides mild political subtext but little preaching. Alice and several other women are powerful combatants, yet the story does not frame this through explicit feminism, anti-male rhetoric, identity politics, LGBT advocacy, DEI concepts, or generational commentary.
